Taty communicated to us what she needed from us so effectively. I admired her attention to detail and all the little things that separate a good performance from a great performance. She always encouraged us to remember why we're dancing, and not to just dance just for the sake of dancing. She reminded us of the importance of ministering to someone in the audience who may need it.
Taty knew when to laugh, joke, and play, but she also knew when it was time for business. And I greatly appreciate that. I admired her pushing us and demanding nothing but greatness from us. I admire Taty's work ethic. She is willing to work until it's right. She was firm yet still a joy to be around during practice. Taty is serious about her craft & very dedicated to her craft.
